Job summary
SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – Centralia in Illinois is seeking a regular, full-time CNA for night shifts (7pm–7am) with three 12-hour shifts per week, including weekends on a rotating basis. You must hold a current Illinois CNA certification and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications
- Must have current Illinois CNA certification and be at least 18 years old.
- Night shift availability with three 12-hour shifts per week; includes weekend and holiday rotation.
Responsibilities
- Assists in performing a variety of nursing care services for patients.
- Receives patient care assignment from the RN and initiates delegated tasks.
- Collects and documents admission assessments and reassessments; communicates data to licensed nurse.
- Relays information via charting and informs licensed nurse of changes in patient condition.
- Assists with activities of daily living and prepares patients for discharge; accompanies them upon dismissal.
- Stocks and maintains supplies and equipment; assists with delegated clerical duties.
