Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Patient Care Assistant for the Observation Unit. This full-time night position (7:00pm-7:30am) includes rotating weekends and supports basic nursing care under the RN in charge.

You will assist patients with daily living activities, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to a compassionate hospital experience. CNA certification and BLS are preferred, with ability to obtain required credentials quickly.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living and basic nursing care.
• Maintains a safe environment under supervision of the RN in charge.
