Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow department leadership instructions and established policies.
• Maintain organized, neat resident unit and supply room.
• Document observations and care in timely, accurate records.
• Assist with admissions and orient families to the unit.
• Provide safe, comfortable environment and responsive patient care.
• Measure and report vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and feeding per care plan.
• Communicate changes to nursing staff promptly.
