Qualifications

• Active CNA license or currently enrolled in a CNA program.
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per the facility's policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals to ensure correct resident.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions coordinator promptly.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and within resident reach.
• Other related duties as directed by Charge Nurse or Administrator.
