Haven Health Prescott is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our nursing team at 864 Dougherty St, Prescott, AZ. The CNA will work under the Director of Nursing to provide resident care in accordance with care plans and assessments.

The role requires an active CNA license, CPR certification, and ability to move and transfer residents safely. A background check, TB testing, and health screening are part of the onboarding process.

Formación

• Active, Non-Probationary CNA license required.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Background screening, licensure verification, reference check, drug testing.
• TB testing and employee health screening after hire.
• Ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care according to assessments and care plans.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and coordinate with licensed staff.
• Follow company nursing policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
