Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving each resident’s dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
• Monitor residents overnight and report changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and overnight care needs.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Document care accurately according to facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
