Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification required
• BLS certification required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in CA/HI

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living tasks (nutrition, hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning, restorative care).
• Takes vital signs (pulse, blood pressure) and reports status to RN.
• Assists patients with basic needs (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Performs clerical duties and routes patient reports to ensure smooth unit operation within scope of practice.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
