Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the Hillcrest of North Dallas facility. The role offers full‑time schedules, on‑site interviews, competitive wages, and opportunities for raises and bonuses.

Duties include resident rounds, care administration, and ensuring safety and dignity in daily care. Qualified candidates will have a CNA license, at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical training, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical exposure during training.
• Desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm and work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and procedures and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identity before care or serving food.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside/overbed areas clean.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and within residents' reach.
• Assist with other related duties as directed by supervisors.
