Job summary

The Hillcrest of North Dallas in Dallas, Texas is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team for the 2PM-10PM shift. In this role you will provide essential patient care to help residents maintain comfort and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with established care plans
• Monitor and report vital signs, changes in condition, and concerns to licensed nurses
• Assure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
