Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the 10pm-6am shift. The role focuses on compassionate patient care, supporting clinicians, and delivering quality nursing services to residents.

We value experienced CNAs with licensure and a willingness to work across shifts, ensuring safety and comfort for residents while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Currently licensed as a certified nursing assistant.
• A minimum of 6 months experience as a certified nursing assistant or clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class.

Mansioni

• Perform duties per facility policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide quality care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct recipient.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions staff immediately.
• Make beds, and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and within resident reach.
• Perform other duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or Administrator.
