Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for our Carrollton Rehab & Wellness Center. You will provide direct resident care under licensed supervision, assist with ADLs, and support a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

The CNA role includes night shifts (10PM–6AM) with a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and quality of life for residents in a 78-bed facility. Join us to grow in a family-based organization.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state in which the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs within scope of practice as defined by state regulation and care plan.
• Record resident vital signs and other data as assigned.
• Ambulate, transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Turn and position residents to maintain comfort and skin integrity.
• Support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist residents' needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of staff as requested.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
