Job summary

Vibra Healthcare in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team for full-time night shifts on 12-hour rotations. A $5,000 bonus is offered to eligible hires, with opportunities to contribute to patient care in a high-acuity rehab and critical care setting.

You will support licensed staff in ADLs, ensure a clean and safe environment, and follow infection control and nutrition guidelines. BLS and state certification are required within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
