Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills in Rapid City, SD. This full-time day shift position offers 12-hour shifts and a $5,000 bonus opportunity, with start ASAP.

Responsibilities include assisting licensed nurses with ADLs, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and recognizing emergencies. A CNA, with required certifications, is expected to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience as a Nurse Aide or relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• Current, valid Nursing Assistant certification required in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in patient care and documents activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures and basic nutrition/fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds promptly.
