Job summary

Atlas Post Acute at Woodbury Country Club in Woodbury, New Jersey is seeking a FT 11-7 CNA to provide compassionate resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to team members and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobilization of residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
• Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans.
