Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable means of phone communication with hospital.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Provides care within the scope of license and department policies.
• Receives report and/or makes rounds with the RN/LPN.
• Reports observations to team leaders; patient observations, complaints, or family concerns.
• Assists in maintaining a clean, safe patient and unit environment and participates in training.
• Attends in-service classes and other trainings as assigned.
