Zusammenfassung

Elwood Care Center is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift (6 pm–6 am, 3 days/week with holiday rotation). Starting wage is $21/hour with increases based on experience. Benefits include BCBS medical, Ameritas dental and vision, and other plans.

Probationary period is 90 days with vacation accrual beginning after. Essential duties include residents’ care, documentation, safety, infection control, and cooperation with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Prior geriatric care experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Completion of the 76-hour Nursing Assistant course and a written test with 80% or higher.

• Assist with resident care and perform duties as assigned per procedures.
• Respond to residents' needs and maintain dignity and privacy.
• Document observations and services provided to residents.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly living areas and follow infection control procedures.
• Provide compassionate, respectful interaction with residents, families, and staff.
