Southfield Village, part of Greencroft Communities in South Bend, IN, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for evening shifts. You’ll provide hands-on care to residents, help with daily activities, and support nurses and teammates to ensure dignity and comfort.

Qualificações

• Indiana CNA certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and daily activities.
• Provide attentive care that maintains dignity, privacy, comfort and independence.
• Help residents prepare for and transition through evening routines.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Coordinate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure consistent resident care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents through dependable, compassionate service.
