Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for a full-time night shift at our Oak Grove, MO facility. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, push and pull.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as directed by the physician and according to established protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and physicians.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of medication administration and resident care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
