Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, MO is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for a full-time night role. You will administer medications, monitor residents’ vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living, while ensuring care plans and safety protocols are followed.

The position requires MO CMT certification, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift and move residents. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) - Full-Time Night

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well‑being of our residents by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing assistance with daily living activities. This role requires a strong focus on attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as directed by the physician and according to established protocols
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and physicians
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Requirements

• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
