Transforming Age’s Eastmont facility in Lincoln, NE seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our compassionate team. This full-time/part-time/on-call position offers opportunities to care for residents in a supportive, family-like environment with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities include administering daily medications, charting notes, and assisting residents with ADLs while maintaining safety and quality of care.

Qualifikationen

• Must have English reading/writing/speaking ability to perform responsibilities.
• Experience using electronic health/medical record software (EHR).
• Ability to assist residents with ADLs and daily cares.
• Must maintain resident safety and privacy while delivering medications.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily medications to residents per clinician guidance.
• Review and follow individualized ADL directives for each resident.
• Assist with toileting, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist in serving meals and supporting activities for residents.
• Record vital signs and changes; report to supervisor.
• Ensure clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms at all times.
