Job summary

The Terraces at Seacrest Village is seeking a Certified Medication Technician for part-time night shifts (11 PM–7 AM) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Alternating weekends required. Hourly range $22.00–$26.00/hr, all-inclusive, based on experience and incentives.

Responsibilities include safe medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to support residents’ health and well-being. Qualifications include NJ CMT certification, CNA/CHHA, and prior CMT experience.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Medication Technician Certification is required.
• CNA or CHHA/HHA certification is required.
• Previous Certified Medication Technician (CMT) experience is required.
• Experience administering oral, topical, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous medications is required.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow clinical instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders and facility policies.
• Provide medications via oral, topical, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous routes as allowed by certification.
• Observe residents for responses to medications, document appropriately, and report changes or adverse reactions.
• Assist with basic resident care under licensed nursing staff guidance.
• Ensure medications are stored, secured, and accounted for per procedures.
• Maintain timely documentation of all medication administration and related resident care activities.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to promote resident-centered care and positive health outcomes.
