Leisure Care LLC is seeking a Certified Medication Technician for the Evening Shift (11p to 7a) in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. As a Resident Assistant II, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support for residents, assist with medications, and may act as shift lead within our community. We value caregiving experience, a positive and professional attitude, and strong communication.

A CNA is a plus. This role helps keep residents safe and comfortable while supporting the team with daily

Qualifications

• Desireable caregiving background with patient focus.
• CNA certification is a plus but not always required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with medications and monitor residents' needs.
• Support orientation and training for new team members.
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Pitch in with light housekeeping or laundry as needed.
