Western Reserve Hospital is seeking a Clinical Technical Assistant for the Medical Floor (Full-Time, overnight 7p-7a) in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The role supports the patient care team with direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision and may perform limited tests or specimens as ordered by physicians.

Candidates may hold a Certified Medical Assistant, STNA, or be enrolled in an RN program with pathway clinical rotation. A retention bonus of up to $4,000 is offered. BLS CPR is required.

Qualifikationen

• One year of direct patient care or nurse aide experience will be considered in lieu of certification/education.
• Certification as Medical Assistant or STNA preferred.
• Enrollment in RN program (BSN/ADN) acceptable with clinical rotation completed.
• Basic Life Support CPR required.

• Supports the patient care team by performing direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Collects and performs limited tests or specimens per physician order.
• Assists physician and nurse with designated procedures.
