Job summary

Western Reserve Hospital in Ohio is seeking a Clinical Technical Assistant on the Medical Floor to support the patient care team with direct patient care during the 7p-7a shift. Responsibilities include specimen collection and performing limited tests under physician orders, as well as assisting with procedures.

The role requires one of CMA, STNA, RN student enrollment, or one year of direct patient care experience, with CPR certification. Eligible for a $4,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Requires CMA, STNA, RN student or 1 year of direct patient care.
• CPR competency is mandatory for clinical duties.
• Enrollement in RN program must include first clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care team by performing direct patient care under supervision.
• Collect specimens or perform limited tests per physician order.
• Assist physician and nurse with designated procedures.
