Job summary

Western Reserve is seeking a Clinical Technical Assistant on the medical floor for part-time days, 7a-7p, at Hospital WR in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. You will support the patient care team with direct patient care under supervision and assist with physician-ordered procedures.

The role requires CMA/STNA or RN student enrollment, or equivalent nurse aide experience, and BLS/CPR certification. 24 hours per week, rotation includes every third weekend and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be pursuing a relevant healthcare credential (CMA, STNA, RN student).
• One year of direct patient care or nurse aide experience acceptable in lieu of certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care team by providing direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Perform limited tests or specimens per physician order as directed.
• Assist physician and nurse with designated procedures.
