Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transcribes and communicates physician orders accurately.
• Assembles patient records and maintains order in the chart.
• Sets up admission charts and reviews discharged/ transferred charts.
• Responds promptly to intercoms, pages, and message routing.
• Collects required unit data and vital signs.
• Performs point-of-care testing and basic patient mobility tasks.
• Adheres to HIPAA, safety policies and procedures.

Education
