Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transcribes and communicates orders and messages accurately.
• Assists with admission/discharge workflows and chart organization.
• Performs basic patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Collects specimens and performs basic point‑of‑care testing.
• Documents intake/output, vital signs, and mobility activities.
• Maintains patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Engages with physicians, nurses, patients, and families professionally.
