Job summary

Saint Francis Health System invites an experienced RN to join the Yale Campus in Tulsa, OK, on night shift (7:00pm–7:00am, Fri–Sun). This full-time role focuses on patient placement, staffing compliance, and clinical oversight to ensure quality care within budget parameters.

The ideal candidate will hold a state-approved nursing diploma/degree, a valid Oklahoma RN license, and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities to support a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Must have completed nursing education approved by state board and hold a nursing diploma or degree.
• Must have a valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license.
• 1–2 years of related nursing experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing to comply with nursing standards and budget.
• Evaluate and adjust staffing for current and next shifts.
• Coach and counsel nursing staff per hospital policies.
• Coordinate patient placement and bed availability.
• Communicate with staff, patients and families to resolve issues.
• Support performance improvement monitoring and staff education.
