Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Document nursing steps and use appropriate medical terminology.
• Collaborate with disciplines and refer for patient education.
• Support unit and hospital goals via PI and education activities.
• Coordinate patient discharge and referrals.
