Job summary

Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, OK seeks a Registered Nurse I for the Yale Campus - Hospital, full-time nights (7:00pm–7:00am) with rotating weekends. This non-new-grad role requires completing basic nursing education and possessing an active RN license.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, document steps, and coordinate discharge planning while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet unit goals.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state license.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• 0–6 months related experience.
• Knowledge of disease state management processes and clinical pathways.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
