in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school, have hospital clinical experience, and possess or be eligible for licensure. PGY-1 residency or 2+ years of experience with or without residency is acceptable, with BLS/ALS-ACLS certification

Qualifikationen

• B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency or fellowship.
• 2+ years clinical pharmacy experience with no residency or fellowship.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Other applicable state requirements such as sterile compounding.
• BLS & ALS/ACLS certification (BLS within 90 days; ALS/ACLS for Code Blue).

• The clinical pharmacist optimizes patient care by providing drug therapy, dispensing, IV admixture, and drug information.
• Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff.
• Support med-surg on a decentralized basis under Pharmacy leadership.
