Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist (implied by role)
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and respond to emergent orders

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient clinical pharmacy services (order verification, sterile compounding, therapeutic drug monitoring).
• Ensure medication safety oversight and documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and interprofessional teams to optimize therapy.
• Engage in antimicrobial stewardship and clinical interventions.
• Participate in code situations and emergent responses.
• Contribute to quality improvement, education and learner development.
