Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Doctor of Pharmacy degree and licensure to practice.
• Strong clinical proficiency in inpatient pharmacy services.
• Experience participating in antimicrobial stewardship and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient clinical pharmacy services including order verification and sterile compounding.
• Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and medication safety oversight.
