Job summary

St. Francis Medical Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide administrative leadership for the nursing unit, supervise staff, and coordinate patient care during night shifts.

You will help implement performance improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, train staff, and communicate with physicians and administration while maintaining high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse license (current and valid).
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP and CCRN may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current federal and/or state regulations.
• Prepare, conduct and oversee department orientation and training of personnel; communicate with staff, physicians and administration.
• Direct staff, ensure efficient unit operations, and provide direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
