Job summary

Qualifications

• Current clinical competency in acute care nursing and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, competent care using nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Educates patients and families about plan of care and transition of care.
• Performs charge nurse duties and supports unit operations.
• Maintains documentation to meet regulatory and quality standards.
