Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in clinical laboratory science or related field.
• Florida licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Supervisor required.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan work and complete responsibilities efficiently.
• Assess competency of team members.
• Perform testing of specimens per protocol and procedures.
• Manage resources including productivity, supplies, and equipment.
• Instruct and observe student technologists when needed.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
