Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Pembroke Pines, FL, seeks a Level II Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform and report diagnostic lab procedures. You will maintain quality control, comply with standards, and supervise staff as Charge Technologist.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and Florida licensure as a Technologist or Supervisor, plus a minimum of three years in a hospital or reference lab. Evenings shift; 5 days/week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and licensure in Florida.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in hospital or reference lab.
• Florida Supervisor or Technologist license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform, evaluate and report technical lab procedures on patient specimens.
• Follow quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Act as Charge Technologist and resource for staff and clinical colleagues.
• Plan, supervise testing, and mentor students or junior technologists.
