• Act as Charge Technologist when assigned.
• Report test results timely according to lab protocols.
• Plan workload and manage responsibilities efficiently.
• Assess competency of team members.
• Perform accurate testing of specimens per protocol.
• Manage resources such as productivity, supplies, and equipment.
• Instruct and observe student technologists when needed.
