• Valid state driver’s license and eligibility for company auto insurance.
• Phlebotomy/CLA certification as defined by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, receipt, and process biological specimens.
• Prepare samples for analysis and perform waived/moderate testing when allowed.
• Assist with quality control, inventory, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Provide basic training and support to staff; assist with phlebotomy when needed.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
