Responsibilities

• Assist technical lab staff with collection, receipt, and processing of specimens.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and may perform waived/moderate complexity testing when permitted.
• Maintain quality, track specimens, and monitor pending lists; perform basic QC and troubleshooting as directed.
• Participate in inventory management and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support phlebotomy duties and staff training as needed.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers and attend staff meetings.
