Job summary

Banner Health in Mesa, Arizona seeks an IT Clinical Application Service Desk Analyst I to support EHR and related clinical applications across Acute and Ambulatory settings.

The role interfaces with clinical staff and IT, triaging incidents, delivering training, and ensuring patient safety. A bachelor’s degree or clinical certification and 2+ years’ healthcare IT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or clinical licensure/certification.
• At least 2 years in a clinical environment or providing technical support for clinical apps.
• Healthcare IT experience with EHR systems (Cerner) and PACS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Clinical Application and EHR support for acute and ambulatory care.
• Answer, log, resolve incidents via centralized remote call center; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with IT Clinical Application, Education and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with training and post-implementation change evaluation.
