The candidate will model professional practice, mentor staff, and collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain quality and regulatory compliance in a busy NY facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience.
• Demonstrates nursing competence as an expert level practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinical Operations for 24-hour shift operations.
• Collaborate on nursing standards with regulatory compliance.
• Lead staffing and payroll to meet acuity and patient needs.
• Escalate issues to Night Administrator and DON as needed.
• Coordinate patient care safely and timely with evidence-based practice.
