Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Must have one or more of the following certifications: CNA, NCMA, NCPCT, EMR/EMS/EMT/AEMT/Paramedic, or Sentara Care Partner Certification Program.
• Previous direct care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support admission/discharge processes and daily patient care.
• Change, bathe, and ambulate patients; meet patient needs under nurse supervision.
• Perform blood draws and foley catheter care when required.
