Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School or GED.
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• Knowledge of basic data entry computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical tasks to support unit operations.
• Enters patient information into electronic medical records per policy.
• Transcribes orders accurately following hospital guidelines.
• Maintains routine office equipment and arranges repairs.
• Keeps a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment; supports HEICS readiness as needed.
• Communicates with patients, families, and health care team promptly.
