You will operate automated equipment to create precision silicon components, performing cleaning, polishing, etching, and texturing while following exact specifications and quality standards.

The role emphasizes 12-hour night shifts with strict cleanroom PPE requirements. You will participate in 5S, process training, and data entry into ERP systems to support production and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience operating equipment in manufacturing, cleanroom, or similar controlled environment.
• Ability and willingness to work safely around hazardous chemicals and wear cleanroom PPE for 12-hour shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency to navigate manufacturing systems and ERP.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that support Silfex manufacturing and finishing processes.
• Learn and perform 5S workplace organization activities.
• Enter production and quality information into batch records and ERP system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the area and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements and report unsafe conditions.
• Develop competency in basic troubleshooting of equipment.
