From cleaning and polishing to etching and texturing, you will develop the skills needed to perform key manufacturing processes, follow detailed specifications, and support production of high-quality parts that meet critical customer requirements. If you are ready to grow your technical skills in a clean, cutting-edge environment, Silfex is the place to start.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Operate machines that support the Silfex manufacturing and finishing processes* Learn and perform 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) workplace organization activities.* Develop proficiency in 3-5 designated processes through hands-on training and practice.* Learn and apply Silfex policies and procedures to perform routine tasks effectively and safely* Follow all material handling requirements to ensure quality of product and equipment* Read and interpret assembly drawings, follow work instructions, setup sheets and process specifications* Accurately enter production and quality information into batch records, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (software used to track manufacturing activities), and other required production or quality logs.* Ensure cleanliness of the area and perform general and routine housekeeping tasks* Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
