Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at an assigned site in Bastrop, TX. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards during evening hours, Monday to Friday, 6pm–2:30am.

You will oversee cleaning operations, manage schedules, train new hires, and ensure quality by confirming completion with the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Train new hires on onboarding procedures
• Completes and validates any time records for regular or subcontractor employees
• Monitors and documents client communications; maintains open communication between field staff and management
