Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Lead for Amarillo, TX to coordinate daily facility operations, delegate tasks, and guide team members. The role supports managers in ensuring policies, safety, and cleanliness across the site, including handling equipment and chemicals, and assisting with scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in similar or supervisory roles and a willingness to work evenings (Wed-Sat, 6pm-4:30am) at $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag job) in assigned building.
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.
• Completes and validates time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
