Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Lead to supervise facility operations at West Austin, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. You will delegate tasks, guide the team, and oversee cleaning operations for a safe, clean building.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. with pay at $18.00 per hour (weekly). ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and supports veterans; experience is valued and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management.
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken and out of work items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests and confirm completion.
• Ensure quality of work and coordinate with Area Manager.
• Provide training for new hires according to onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for staff and subcontractors.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
