Job summary

ABM Industries in Washington state is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise daily facility operations, delegate tasks, and guide team members in alignment with policies. The role supports the Manager when absent and ensures cleaning and safety standards are met across the building.

You will operate equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, oversee schedules, manage access, and communicate with management and clients. Prior supervisory or lead experience is preferred; a driver’s license is also valued.

Qualifications

• Required: 18 years or older
• Preferred: 1 year of similar work experience
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
• Preferred: Valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Coordinate and report on daily and weekly work schedules.
• Maintain communication between field staff and management.
• Ensure security keys and access cards are managed properly.
